  1. Z/28 vs GT350R for real car people

Or Chevy was jealous of all the Mustang memes :D
  2. Z/28 vs GT350R for real car people

It reminded me of when some people I grew up with tried to do ebrake slides after watching one of the Fast and Furious movies...
  3. Z/28 vs GT350R for real car people

Electronic ebrake engaged for some reason? Just spitballing...
  4. 2015 camaro 1LE vs 2015 mustang gt PP

:cheers:And I thank you for your level-headedness. It's refreshing to see someone with a different bias that doesn't completely freak out at every disagreement. If ignoring him makes your experience better, more power to you
  5. 2015 camaro 1LE vs 2015 mustang gt PP

I try to be level headed and give a different perspective for looking at this debate, particularly in regards to thePills posts. Instead, the response I get is...
  6. 2015 camaro 1LE vs 2015 mustang gt PP

The devil is in the details on this one. I will admit GM gave some nice factory equipment on the 1LE. However, it does have much more aggressive suspension and tires. As in the example of my 4th Gen, you can make up for a lot of a platform's deficiencies with the right suspension and tire...
  7. 2015 camaro 1LE vs 2015 mustang gt PP

I guess my big problem with a lot of the posts in the VS section is that there is a lot of extrapolating that one platform is better than the other without actual concrete evidence. I'll use my 4th gen Fbody since it's what I have the most experience with. I have a specific suspension setup...
  8. 2015 camaro 1LE vs 2015 mustang gt PP

Sssshhhh... If you show them the logic behind the post, you might mess up their narrative that thePill is completely insane. :gossip: ...Not to mention the more aggressive shocks on the 1LE
  9. GT350 vs 2017 ZL1

I guess all those Porsches with lower horsepower and torque must get destroyed at the road course...
  10. My prediction for the engine

4.6L flat plane TTV8 :ninja: Disclaimer: I have no inside knowledge, but I do hope it's a V8 of some variety as I will be in the market in 2018/2019, and I love my V8s!
  11. GT350 vs 2017 ZL1

 Cool stuff. We agree on the speed thing. Handling dynamics have more to do with how a car feels under various circumstances, and I think the GT350 will "feel" better. For instance, I had a built third gen Firebird that could absolutely destroy my 95 under most circumstances, but the...
  12. GT350 vs 2017 ZL1

Well, maybe I'm the CEO...:ninja: On topic, I'm going to take a stab and say the ZL1 will out-accelerate the GT350, but the GT350 will have better handling dynamics due to having less weight on the nose.
  13. GT350 vs 2017 ZL1

Well, it's $1.6 billion, and it's to improve margins on low margin vehicles in order to continue their viability in the marketplace. It also frees up capacity here in the States that can be used for future, higher margin vehicles.:ford:
  14. Oh the Humanity

Darn Millenials and their Fast and Furious... Get off my lawn... P.S. I'm a Millenial and all I can think is "WHY would you do that?"
  15. GT350 vs 2017 ZL1

Another thing to keep in mind is that the 2015 is listed as weighing between 4,118 lbs and 4,374 lbs. Technically, the new one could weigh as much as 4,174 lbs and GM would not be lying about the weight. So in summary, it will likely weigh between 3,900 lbs and 4,174 lbs.
