Well, it's $1.6 billion, and it's to improve margins on low margin vehicles in order to continue their viability in the marketplace. It also frees up capacity here in the States that can be used for future, higher margin vehicles. :ford:

On topic, I'm going to take a stab and say the ZL1 will out-accelerate the GT350, but the GT350 will have better handling dynamics due to having less weight on the nose.

Well I'm Mark Ruess and I say you are wrong. The ZL1 is the fastest Camaro yet. Put on your helmet Markie boy.

I'm sure when they are both @ Le Mans this year they will have the adrenaline going.
I know it's the corvette guys and the Ford GT crew.

:cheers: Cool stuff. We agree on the speed thing. Handling dynamics have more to do with how a car feels under various circumstances, and I think the GT350 will "feel" better.

For instance, I had a built third gen Firebird that could absolutely destroy my 95 under most circumstances, but the 95 "feels" better when being driven. The way it handles and steers just "feel" better. You can't measure that on paper, but it is why I have the 95 instead of the faster car.
