I have seen this a few times and it is almost always an alignment/offset issue. I have seen griptec pulleys with incorrect offset cause this. First thing I would check is an OEM Vortech pulley offset vs the offset of your griptec. Put them both next to eachother on a flat surface and compare the...

Remove the plastic rivets holding on the radiator support cover. Remove the cover and then the two 10mm bolts holding on the driver side radiator mount. Remove the mount. You now have room to pull the entire intake/filter assembly out the top. See photo below. This is the quickest and easiest...
You need the pump booster, skip the fuel pump. And like already mentioned if you have a 2015-2017 car get a 115mm pulley for 93. If you have an 18+ car get the 120mm.
Yes, Tial recirculating bypass valve. Bolts directly onto the ESS intercooler and re-circulates the bypass into the intake. Synchro gears and that bypass valve makes the entire system almost silent. If that’s what you’re going for..
I’m not a salesman but I do have a shop. Thousands of examples out there now in just a few years. I’m one of them. Don’t take my word for it! Just ask anyone else including the major tuners and shops and they’ll say the same thing :)
ESS G3 with G4 intercooler upgrade and an 11:1 motor would be my suggestion. Helped out quite a few auto cross guys with that setup over the years and had great success. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions on the ESS stuff :like:
I just made 957whp on a G3X, 100mm pulley and ID1050X injectors. A10 transmission. Still have plenty of headroom on the injectors. Also have a buddy with FIC 1000’s making a good amount more than me with a similar setup. Gen 3’s support more with the DI. You’ll be fine on those injectors.
Maintenance as in you need to replace fuel pumps more often and clean the fuel filter. It’s more preventative if you race the car. E85 is hard on pumps. I change them every 1-2 years.
So far I’ve had to issues with E85 in the low 40’s. Starts and runs just fine. I’m sure it’s tuner dependent. With a good tuner it should run essentially run like stock. E85 does require a bit more maintenance.
I’m sure it’s funny for some people lol. Just unfortunate that people like that exist. They get away with lying and slandering on a public forum and there’s not much recourse for the person on the other end. That kind of stuff is the cancer of the car community and forums.
You didn’t post any facts lol. All of what you said was false and I’ve proven that. You lied about your time, you lied about saying you “waxed me” and you lied about me telling you I was the tuner for ESS. The company is called “ESS Tuning” if you somehow misheard that and took that as “I am the...
I’m a pretty credible source, many on here already know me. I posted the facts and he admitted to lying. I literally proved everything he said to be false. Not sure how it gets any more clear than that.
