I have a 2019 and just had mine replaced about a month ago… it’s covered under the 5 year corrosion warranty and a new hood was ordered and installed. I didn’t have any problems it was just a long wait for the first hood, it arrived damaged so another one was ordered. Good luck.
Going in 2 1/2 weeks being tuned by Darrell and it is so much better. I do stop and go and highway driving and the trans is spot on in any mode.. soon it will be E85 time.
Sorry I forgot to add that somewhere in here someone mentioned Wynne Ford in Hampton. I don’t have any experience with them. If I find it I’ll send you the link.
Mine is a 2019 and have a few corrosion spots. I’m still under the 5 year corrosion warranty and took it to Hall Ford. I have been approved and the hood is on order. I don’t know where it will be painted since they don’t have a body shop, mine is Ruby red so hopefully wherever it goes everything...

Mine has also been doing this. New battery about a year ago and no issues until about a little over a month ago. During that time I would drive it about 3 times a week. I put my battery tender on .. no change, still did it a few times. Now since I have been driving it everyday for the past week...
Pop up the 2 circle shaped covers on each side and underneath are 2 nuts that you need to remove, then pull up. You shouldn’t have to take it off to check your oil if you have a performance pack it’s a little tight but doable.
