Still gotta wash though LOL.

With wraps/films, most of the cost is labor. Wash, decon and polish are key to make sure there’s no coatings or imperfections on the clear coat so the film adheres properly. Also don’t want any dust nibs or anything underneath either. So it’s time intensive
That went right over your head!

Zoinks!

Usually, when I see something like the car in the first picture I think, "What the hell's HIS problem?"

I had my 2006 GT wrapped in Avery Dennison lightning ridge. The purple and green were the most prominent but you could see all colors depending on how the sun was hitting it. Three years ago that cost me $2700, it would cost almost $5k now though.

Looks great. How is the durability and longevity of these wraps? If it lasts and looks amazing for 5 years, $5000 sounds reasonable. If it starts looking ratty after 2-3 years, not so much.

Flat green!

yea, I know that’s shiny green…but I like flat 😂
I thought twice, well, three times about wrapping my car matte Grabber Blue and re-applying stripes. I haven't seen a good match in color via a wrap, though.

Could always do matte clear over the car as is.

Xpel Stealth PPF will do the same thing but it’s clear, so it’s your Grabber Blue coming through just in a matte look. There’s a guy around here that did his green AMG GT in stealth PPF and it looks frickin dy-no-mite.

Here’s a before and after that a local shop posted of a Viper that they wrapped in Xpel Stealth PPF to further push you over the edge 🤭

The material should be good for 7-8 years, possibly longer if the vehicle is garage kept. My wife’s Jeep has some graphics that we had replaced after 8 years and it was still in good shape. The guys that did it were really impressed at how well it had held up and how easily it came off. Old vinyl tends to crack and come off in pieces. I had my truck wrapped as well but it lives outside. I do have a cover for it though so it will be interesting to see if that helps maintain the vinyl. I had the 06 GT wrap for 3 years before I traded for my 2015 and it still looked as good as the day I had it done.

Whatever color, my vote would be for a flat finish. I always dig them when I see cars wrapped like that.

I considered this too, but the cost is more like 7k.
