Called Shelby American and they say call Ford ?? any ideas,:doh:They are available. Shelby American makes them. My dealer broke mine and is replacing it.
I will call my dealership and ask them how they went about ordering the fobI would be astonished if SA supplies these. Ford must, as they built the car.
Be prepared, however, for extreme sticker shock. I just had to get a replacement for my Cadillac and it was $350, my VW was about $250. :eyebulge:

I would be more astonished if they didn't make them since they also make fobs for their cars that bear the same emblemI would be astonished if SA supplies these. Ford must, as they built the car.

Ok. Sure. My dealer purchased my replacement fobs from Shelby American.Shelby American has exactly nothing to do with the GT350, other than cashing the licensing checks for use of the name. As has been pointed out before, Ford didn't even use the same snake...
+1. I bought one on eBay. It has the blue Ford logo, but it works. You can program it yourself. You have to follow the instructions to the letter. Several failed attempts. A t the end, it programmed just fineIt's a standard Ford FOB with a different cover.
Full PN as on the inside of my FOB (not the cover) is FR3V-15K601-JB.
It doesn't appear directly shippable though (probably because they have your dealer cut the physical key inside?) and distributors don't list the PN on their site.

That's kind of ideal if you're using mykey to have speed limits and such on one key (for the dealer...)+1. I bought one on eBay. It has the blue Ford logo, but it works. You can program it yourself. I agree. I got it as a beater. I wanted to keep my original fobs new. I believe you can have and program several. I just found out today that my splitter was incorrectly installed, so it has to go in. So, one of my fobs will be programmed as a valet style fob limiting performance. That's kind of ideal if you're using mykey to have speed limits and such on one key (for the dealer...)
