I purchased a Bama tuner, but I was wondering if tunes from other companies will load on this tuner. Just incase I am not happy with my bama tune. Or will I have to purchase a new tuner just to load tunes from somewhere else like Lund. I hope that makes sense.

Yes. Bama does not make the tuner, that comes from SCT and most of the top tuners use the same device.
