3 colored lines should be to the outside....all pics on Conti's website show the thinner channel with the "DWS" imprinted on it closest to the wheel face. I believe those letters are imprinted at different depths to show wear.
Looking at the dyno sheet....the hp/tq crossover is at about 6700 rpm. That's about 1500 rpm more than most graphs. Incorrect gear selection or incorrect dyno setup no?

Daily driven from purchase date (6/15) till traded on current 2021 in Jan 2021. Had 45k miles and still drove/ran great.
Had EVAP changed at 18k and then EVAP + compressor at 34k. Only issues I ever had with the car.
NAV and SYNC worked perfect and updated...
Looking at TSW website for the Bathurst wheel in 19x8 108 bolt pattern shows 1350 lbs load rating. Same wheel in 114.3 which is a Mustang bolt pattern shows 1650 lbs load rating. 300 lbs per wheel is a lot. I would sell what you have and get the right fitment. But that's me. :like:
I believe it is only usable on the 2015-2017 mustang. 18+ have DI fueling that isn't incorporated in that unit. All the sites that sell them distinguish between the model years for this reason I would assume.
If you are gonna stay with 9 and 9.5 width and 25mm spacers are "perfect" then you want 20et in front and 27et on the rear. Current stock PP wheels are 45 and 52 et F/R.
I think I remember someone on this forum saying 19x10 et37 and 19x11 et44 is a nice fit.
Should be done with a chemical stripper, brush on then rinsed of to neutralize the stripper. Pretty easy and the most efficient way to remove coatings on aluminum
Are they painting directly over the black shipping primer? If so that might be part of the issue as it will make paint look different because it is darker than the normal grayish primer that should be used. That shipping primer should be chemically stripped and the bare aluminum realodined...
