Hey Guys,

i've got a question that i can't seem to figure out, so i'm hoping you rim gurus can provide some insight. I currently have a 21 GT PP1, that's lowered on ford performance street springs. I put 25mm spacers all around with the factory pp1 wheels. Stance is perfect. My only concern is the reliability of the wheel spacers and has got me a bit paranoid. lol. So i've started to think about new rims that will eliminate the need for the 25mm spacers. I'm ok with the stock tire size of 255 up front and 275 rears. I'm also ok with just sticking to the 19inch so that i can use the same tire set up until they are worn out.

So long winded question, what should i look for in regards to offset and specs if my goal is to ditch spacers and have the same stance as now?

Thanks all.

I concur with the 19x10 et35 all around. That's what most people on here do. It becomes somewhat difficult to put something wider than a 10 upfront. You can run a wider tire in the back if you want to, but a square setup with 19x10 et 35 is perfect. I have a set of 19x10 et40 (in addition to my et35 set) and it works as well, but it's fairly close to rubbing the strut, at least in my case. There should be plenty of pics here, but I know that LMR SVE has good pictures of their wheels on mustangs and found that to be very useful.

If you are gonna stay with 9 and 9.5 width and 25mm spacers are "perfect" then you want 20et in front and 27et on the rear. Current stock PP wheels are 45 and 52 et F/R.

I think I remember someone on this forum saying 19x10 et37 and 19x11 et44 is a nice fit.

Agree with the other guys, 10" wide wheel at +35. I personally run 20x10 and 285/35r20 all the way around. Spec wise they are identical to the 19" specs given, just a 20"

Get some 19x10 ET 35 square wheels. You can run your existing 255 and 275 tires on them for now and they'll work just fine (actually better than stock) and then later you can upgrade to 275/40 or 285/35 square tires down the road.

The most common flush and proper fitment would be the following

Square setup

19x10 ET 35

Staggered

19x10 ET 35 Front
19x11 ET 50 Rear

This is flush works great and looks great.

My setup is similar to Paul mentions above. I have a 20 inch rim but the widtch and offsets are pretty much the same. The setup seems to take up all the extra space in the wheel well. Looks good.

We offer different fitments for mustangs. Our most popular is the 20x10 Front & 20x11 Rear, with the right tire & tire size it looks really aggressive on the Mustangs. We also run a 20x9.5 Front & 20x10.5 Rear.

Would a 20-10 wheel with 1.88 Inches, 48mm off-set work up front with a 275 or 285/35/20?
