I've searched everywhere I can think of, in the owners manual, online, youtube, this forum and others, and I can't find the answer. Does anyone know from experience how to remove the rear seat from a 15 convertible? Thanks in advance. ;)
Same here... my Escort has been dormant in a box for several years. Situational awareness and common sense seem to work for me. Got a warning 6 years ago, and that's it.
Jut got my first bill with the new car... $975 for 6 months and that's with a bunch of multi-policy discounts. I'm an old fart, no tickets or chargeable offenses, and have all my other policies with Allstate. Shocked.
LOVED both of my Rangers! Perfect size/cargo capacity, mpg, adequate handling, plenty of power to pull a trailer. I'd still have the last one if it weren't for that darn deer. Looking forward to getting another one ASAP! Thanks for the heads up! :cheers:
I think I have something similar, but I would describe it more as floating, rather than bounce. To me, bounce indicates a lack of damping in the shocks, and that definitely isn't my problem. Rather, it feels like the car gets light.

OP, I have similar issues with foot pain. Chose the auto for the same reason. Love it! I took my car to VIR this past Monday for an HPDE, and it rocked. Using track mode I found that the car actually shifted (up and down) as well or better than I could, so I ended up letting it do the work. So...
Kind of hard to diagnose without seeing you in the seat, but a couple of thoughts come to mind:
Steering wheel position... what works best for me is all the way down and all the way back. I wish it came down and back even further.
Seat height/angle... bottom front all the way up, maybe bottom...

Quite true. But in my case, I won't be on roads like that for a long time. Most of my trips involve hills, and traffic. I'll still get 26 on trips, but that's about the best I can hope for. But really, that's awesome for a big V8 with...
