Just turned 26. Bought my first 2014 5.0 at 21, got my 2016 S550 GT at 24 and got my 2014 Jeep SRT at 25. Ive been around cars my whole life because of the influence my dad has had on me. I bought a mustang because I didn't like the stigma associated with the 4 banger crowd also the coyote is one of the best platforms to mod and cheap compared to other v8s.

31 here. My first car and first Mustang was an EcoBoost. I loved it... but recently had an opportunity to get my first V8 this year. So here’s my 2019 Mustang GT Premium I came in really late to driving (got lucky with my commute), but when I saw and heard a Mustang... it was love at first sight. I knew no other car would be satisfying. The change from a turbo to V8 is amazing.
I appreciate these forums, as they helped me a lot over the past year.

39 here. Dad had a pair of mustangs 90 and 04 while I was growing up/young adulting. My first mustang was an 11 GT500 but was making poor decisions left and right. What seems like a lifetime later, I have my 19 and love it more than I think I ever would have that GT500. 90 less hp and faster in every way lol.

Just completed my 57th trip around the sun. I had a cammed 2005 GTO M6 black on black that I really enjoyed, but sold it to buy my dream car, a 2018 C7 Grand Sport. Ordered the C7 and flew up to Bowling Green to take delivery in June 2017 right before the plant shutdown. About a month later, my daughter passed away and the car sat for several months. It just had bad karma, and I just didn't want it anymore. I sold it in October 2017 with only 2,000 miles on it.

Needless to say, I wasn't as old as I thought and got the itch for another sports car. I didn't like not having back seats and knew I didn't want another Vette. My wife and I test drove a 2018 Camaro SS 1LE on March 3, 2018 after attending the auto show the day before. It just didn't give me the wow feeling I was hoping for. We left the Chevy dealer and went and test drove a 2018 Mustang GT PP1 M6. We were both smiling ear-to-ear the entire test drive. I knew right then I wanted the Mustang.

Went back to the dealer that next Monday and ordered a 2018 Lightning Blue Mustang GT PP2. I received the following COTUS email notification at 12:01am on 5/3/2018, my late daughter's birthday. I knew right then I'd made the right choice. And, I've got my own personal guardian angel riding shotgun with me.

No one in my family is into cars, nor were my friends, so the only association I had was my dad reminiscing about his old fox body. He owned a couple Mustangs, but his first held a special place in his heart.

Fast forward to me being 18 and my cousin was selling her 1997 v6 coupe so I bought it. I knew nothing about cars. Soon after the shift forks break and I'm poor. I used the internet and rebuilt the T5 for a couple hundred bucks but got ambitious. One interest free maxed out credit card later, I'm putting in a 5.0l from a wrecked 95 GT. That was a headache and a half, and needed a lot of work, but I drove it for almost a decade. I saved up a sizable amount to do a full rebuild but lost interest. With help from the constant nagging of everyone in my life to get a "new" car. I went shopping and impulse bought my velocity blue pp1 with 2 miles on the odometer. Not my smartest move but I don't regret it.

I later sold my winter beater and bought dedicated snow tires. I missed the feeling of using my old Mustang for everything, and wanted that adventure back. So now this car is my only car.

19,568.7 Days or 53.5 Years. I have a 2019 Mustang GT PP1 6sp.

I had a 67 Mustang red with a black top in highschool in the 80's. Had a 289, automatic, flow thru console. It was a beauty and pretty quick too. Hated selling it but was time to move on and I swore I would have another one day. Well after raising two kids, putting a wife thru college then two kids....then paying it all off, my wife wanted me to do something for myself.

I loved the S197 when it came out but it just was not quite for me. Then the S550 rolled out and I was hooked. Watched them roll by for several years before I pulled the trigger. Bought it thinking I would go crazy with a supercharger and all the goodies. After driving it for a while realized that big horsepower was not too important too me. I started seeing the new car like my old car was, just a fun little car that I could jump in and escape the world for a while. The new one strangely has the same little squeaking coming from under the back seat just like my old one, I guess some things never change.

It's really become our travel car and a certified garage queen, we are always looking for an excuse to get it out on the road. It will see some upgrades. I want to get the bunny out of the trunk. All that hopping around is something I will definetly be taking care of soon. Maybe down the road bigger wheels and tires. It will be a car for the long haul hopefully and sadly my last V8 most likley.

29.

2019 mustang GT premium and 2019 charger scat pack. I was actually never into mustangs until later. I grew up in a Chevy and Pontiac family. (They hate that I drive Ford lol) German autos have always held a sacred spot in my heart with Porsches being the entire reason I got into cars and why yellow is my favorite color. My love of the mustang came from the American muscle and euro like design melded into one. Especially when the IRS finally came into play. I sold my 2017 ecoboost for the scat pack, but Saturday I decided I needed a GT as I just missed it far too much.

The S550 is just an all around great car. As soon as you drop into that seat and fire up the engine you feel a connection to the vehicle. Ford engineers got it right!

And on a random note, something I really didn’t expect I would enjoy so much from this vehicle is auto rev matching. I am liking this feature way more than I imagined I would.

Just turned 36, I've always owned atleast one mustang since I was 16 even if I was on a hiatus from cars. Currently have a '19 and an '89 foxbody aside from our other vehicles. The '19 was my first intentional automatic purchase. She's currently torn apart out in the garage getting a return fuel system, OPG/CS, and a Whipple for now. Looking forward to getting it all buttoned up again.

I was 31 when I had a 2015 Mustang GT PP1. Then I was 33 when I traded it in for a GT350. Now 36.

Just turned 55 this month, and I am the 77kg man who loves the recaro seats and the B&O CD players (when not listening to 32 valves) in either the 2019 Bullitt and 2020 GT350R.
