I've just turned 50 and have a my2017 GT premium had new since September 2016 so 47 at the time. I'm a Ford guy and love old Australian Falcons (have a few too). Anyway a mustang was always out of reach until I heard the S550 was going to be built in RHD. When I heard the price I thought I could do this. Anyway said to my wife, " I keep imagining driving to work in a Mustang" and she said why don't you get one then. Anyway back then they didn't even have them in show rooms, but still placed an order. 10 days short of a year after ordering it arrived in Australia .....wow....joy. I love Ford's and love V8s and love this car. My car is a daily driver and the best mental wellbeing plan out there Just hit 40,000 km and ya still can't wipe the smile off my face. This car is a sexy good looking one, goes like a shower of shit, sounds wicked.... It's a keeper.....love it

I’m 46 and bought my 2019 Mustang GT (base with 10 spd auto) in July of 2019. I bought it because when I was in high school, I wanted a Mustang LX 5.0. I couldn’t afford one and had to settle for a leaky rusted Dodge Colt.

I went to college, started my career, got married and had kids. Getting a two door car with a non-existent back seat was never practical. The kids are now grown up, and I can finally have my Mustang. I love driving it, looking at it, cleaning it, being seen in it....everything.

I'm 29 and I bought My 16' GT a year ago.

I've always loved Mustangs ever since I was a kid. My dad had a 98' GT in Eggplant/Purple and my cousins all had Foxbody's. While I've always loved old C3 Vettes, Cuda's etc., I fell in love when I first heard a 93 Cobra with Flowmasters. I've been chasing it ever since.

Now both my dad and I are planning on grabbing Shelby's next year!

1st car was an "87 Grand National and second was a "93 State Trooper Fox.
Loved them both but missed my Fox more.
My new 2017 Cali Spec is Whippled with full suspension and everything else I could find to slap on.
Always wanted a Supercharged Stang ever since I had the Fox.

59 with a 15 V6 I bought used in 18. I wanted to change my daily driver to something more fun. I was choosing between the V6 and Ecoboost and didn't even consider the GT because of gas mileage and mistakenly thinking I would be OK with 300 horsepower. After joining this forum and going to local meets, etc., I have had some regrets about not getting a GT. I've done some mods (wheels, exhaust, suspension, Sync 3), but I'm working on convincing my wife I need that GT. :)

I think that's the definition of YMMV. They are probably pushing a lot more than 8psi. A conservative tune in a modern engine can last for years. A 20-30psi monster is a ticking time bomb. Shoot for in between those extremes?
Yeah most I'm sure are well over 8 but probably not 20. Boosting the 3.7 is appealing because it's different.

57 now and had the 2016 delivered (US 2017) Ecoboost since new. Use it for work, as a daily driver. Similar to the other Aussie guys, it had to be a Mustang when the RHD option presented locally. Had a series of Ford turbos, so the Ecoboost was always the best bet for me. Thoroughly enjoyed the modding research and uptake (thanks Cobb in the US and their local tuners CRD), building the Grand Touring character of the car. Gradually Australianising parts where possible and functional :) ; GFB Diverter, DBA T3 Slotted Rotors & Pads on order and eventually Pedder Coil-overs. The car is a keeper!

I’m 17 and I got a 2019 Oxford white gt premium pp1. I chose it because ever since the s550 came out I fell in love with the mustang, I love the versatility u can make it look like a muscle car or look like a track car or both. I also love the sound the coyotes make u can’t beat that as well as the 0-60 for the price is unbeatable and just how nice the car is how well it drives, I wouldn’t trade mine for the world

I’m 30, 2019 GT PP2, this is my first Mustang.
I had 2 SRT Challengers and a Camaro SS before this.
I always loved the 13-14 Mustang, but when the S550 came out I didn’t like it. When the refresh came I liked it better than the 15-17 but still wasn’t in love with it.
I Bought a 2018 Focus RS and was having issues with it, on the way into the dealer one day I seen my current car sitting by the entrance.
Immediately I could tell it was something different.. a couple weeks later it was in my driveway and the Focus was history.

24 Here!

My first mustang which I still have is a 2019 EcoBoost in Orange Fury. Had it for about 6 months and decided to go a little bit bigger so I got a 2016 GT350.

My mom and grandparents all worked at Ford for many years so even growing up I was always a mustang kid. Always will be too!
