Just can't get enuff!
Just trying to poll/tally based on the "honor system" here... and hopefully get a sample size at least for the forum members. So just be honest/transparent yet still remain private about it since the poll voters' usernames are not revealed in the tallying.

So how much over sticker did you have to pay for your GT350 or GT350-R?

It amazes me that every R I followed sold for well over 90k and many for over 100k yet it seems most of the forum members seemed to get theirs at/near MSRP.... Reminds me of med school where every single classmate said they had 95 or higher yet the test average was somehow 85..... hmmmmmmmm ;)

Suggestion - change the poll so each choice doesn't overlap. If one pays $10K over, do you select the $5K-10K or the 10K-15K?

You can't tell from the poll if it was for a GT350 or the R version. OP, maybe expand the poll for gt350 and R? I, too, am curious. Thanks.

MSRP for my tech pack BUT I am an employee, I took a 2-3 month pay cut to help the store (cost me more than a markup) and asked to buy the car at MSRP in return. Our auto group has not sold one for less than 10 over (to my knowledge) other than mine. I feel lucky and grateful all the time to have paid MSRP.

With all due respect I certainly don't get the sense that most of the forum purchased their R models at MSRP whether they be a 2016MY or 2017MY although I am aware of some that did but they are certainly unicorns with maybe a few of those individuals making it known that theirs were purchased at MSRP but suggest that most were above MSRP.

Did you have to pay a large ADM or was yours at MSRP or near?

Hopefully it was at or near MSRP!

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I based that just o the posts i've read... I was a little over 10k ADM on the R and 3K on the non R.... Both were worth it to me :)

Based on current market conditions I suggest that you did very quite well on the R model and just as well on the non R compared to most and to your point about being worth it I totally comprehend your comments.

:cheers:

I have a down payment on a 2017 R for $15k adm. All dealers local to me with R models wanted $20-30k over, but a forum member (R_gt_Donson) here helped me get an allocation at the dealer he got his R from.

Actually there is no overlap... that's why I worded it verbatim. For example if you paid $68,000 for a $58,000 car then that's exactly $10,000.00 over sticker right? Therefore choose "Over 5k-10k" because that means over $5,000 and up to $10,000 only.... do NOT choose "Over 10k-15k" because that's for folks who paid an ADM of $10,000.01 for example and up to $15,000.00 only.

Just read the poll choices at face value w/o over interpretating it. :thumbsup:

Too late, I don't think I can edit poll choices anymore...

I am spending 10k on one and 11K on the other. Both Rs models for 2017 and overall, i'm content with that. Id take the 11k over my 10k as they are very kind and courteous to deal with.
Now...if they would just take the money and deliver the cars!
