your throttle never opens past 40% and yout IAT is stuck at -40 F.

Make sure your wires to the MAF sensor are not cut.

What makes you think that?

Your IAT's are what I'd expect with an unplugged MAF. You logged maf frequency and it is not lining up with any period table I can find. Another sign it may not be plunged in or has broken wires. The sensor itself might be bad.

Anyway this is where the log says to look.

all wires are fine, but you could be correct that it may be in need of replacing

checked the injectors, looks like I've got the ford performance 47 LB. I wasn't sure what you meant by holes.

Pull it out of the housing and see if there is any damage or dirt on the element, and inspect the harness for bent/pushed out pins

everything looks in shape. no dirt or damage

Great. now ask the tuner if he knows LU47's are in it.

Does your tuner know that you have the 47lb injectors?

Also, your intake air temp seems odd, unless you have it set up to read in Celsius I guess....

Intake air temp reads fine on the gauges on my HUD, they may be in celsius, though I'm not sure why they would be

Yes, it is stuck at -40 F. Either the op is in Antarctica or the temp sensor in the MAF sensor is not working.
