i got one really good WOT run that includes all of the times and stuff by making it up to 130 from a stop. my 60-130 shows a valid time of 12.65 seconds, 0-130 in 17 seconds. i've seen a few threads where people are getting far quicker times. it feels fast to me, but i'd like to know why or if there is something wrong.

the screenshots show everything for that one run

i'm just curious on why

Your car actually is slow compared to other fast cars. Compared to regular traffic, or cars from over a decade ago, it's pretty fast.

For the 60-130, did you just start at 60? Or did you start about 5-15 lower? That's what most people do.

You are on the slower end of stock times, but still in line somewhat.

Any time you see another s550 that's much faster than yours, the car is not stock.

Your car is really really struggling on the top end. 120 - 130 took you almost 3 seconds there. Shows a lack of power.

Pay attention. I think it is over reving. With the stock manifold you want it to shift about 66 to 6800 RPM.

I'm assuming you are auto?

Lots of tuners set the shift rpm to 7200 because it looks good on the tack and sounds cool. The stock manifold gives up about 6500 so you don't want to go to far past that. 6800 would be where I think it stops improving.

If you are manual, shift when the light comes on. That should be 6500 or so.

Watch the tack next time you do a pull.

I think you’re within range for 60-130 and 1/4 mile trap speed for a Gen 2 Coyote GT with minor mods. Have you searched the Dragy app history for 15-17 GTs? There are several in the 12s 60-130 and they seem to have minor mods. A few in the high 11s so perhaps there’s a little room for improvement but those had better DA also.

Well according to your bio and from what you mentioned above you are stock headers, stock manifold. Those are going to be big improvements when you upgrade.

Your numbers sound not crazy far off. I think stock is mid to low 13s depending on d/a of course.

My friends stock 10r80 gt is deep into the 11s 60-130 but his car is kind of a factory freak.

My old motor with cams, ported 18, headers, lu47 injectors, jlt cai, gen3 shortblock was running low 9s in good d/a.

Now with new motor same setup its low 10s. So obviously there is an issue and the logs back it up, still trying to hunt it down though.

I think when I was headers, ported 18, stock air box, e85 I was running mid 11s.

Your car seems to be doing pretty good on launching. Its stock converter so you can't go too much faster although with some better tires you could pull a high 3 sec 0-60 I'm sure.

The battle with the 60-130 times is a hard one. Everytime I look at the All Motor Coyotes facebook group I get depressed seeing how fast others n/a cars are.

9 or 10 sec 60-130 is fast for an N/A Gen 2 though how much faster a Gen 2 N/A can go ? I admit I didn't do an 60-130 after the PP3 but based on times on track should be around 11.5-12 seconds. So not fast at all I think OP 0-60 time is great as well as his 60-130 time based on only a tune and a CAI.

Lots of gen 2s in the low 9s with no cams and lots in 8s with cams or weight reduction.

Seen a few go deep into the 7s.
