Well here's a thought. I seen that hub also and guess what it probably is, from a suv or truck since it's a heavier bearing. I doubt you'll see a AWD mustang. I see a lot of vehicles with a splined from hub. I don't think that this is a shot heard around the world.
Dyno numbers are as you say just numbers. They benefit showing what mods + / - on the same engine and for tuning purposes. A lot of times, test and tune days can bring more results in the real world. At least in my experience at the 1/4 mile. Reading spark plugs, data logs and other bits can...
I am dying to tear my stock intake off and to start installing the cobra jet intake. How would you all feel if I installed the headers without a stock baseline Dyno pull? So far most of the 5.2 have been close to eachother.
Between Watson engineering, ARH and kooks they all said the same. No room for tri-y headers. Watson and ARH collaborated and both agreed that these headers due to the vibration that our motors produce will be made from .065 304 stainless vs .049 304 stainless. The routing will be unique to the 5.2.
That's funny. My car is magnetic and I thought about changing the stripe on my car to a black stripe with yellow outline and paint the calipers yellow. But I changed my mind. But I think it would look great.
My dad is a tool and die maker by trade and has a 60x100 shop behind his house with a hand full of Bridgeport mills, prototrax, causing lathes, do all band saws, causing drill press, radial arm drill press, 3 surface grinders, Chicago sheet metal box and pan brake, Chicago 8' brake, sheet metal...
As of now the only things I have in hand are the intake and BMR rear suspension toe links, vertical links, and lower H-arm bearings. Also a set of MM Caster camber plates for later use. I'm waiting for the headers, x pipe and TB. I have both the stock gt350 JLT CAI and also a cobra jet JLT CAI...
Watson engineering. My original thought was to use the 65 mm twin throttlebody as ford did with the recent posting of the 5.2 L cross plane engine. Guess I'll go with the mono blade
