I had an EB I ditched after some issues. Most of it was minor stuff like TSBs for the brakes, cooled seats (which that still didn't fix), etc.
The big one for me was needing to have a cylinder head replaced at 10k miles which required it to be in the shop for almost a month. That was a red...
^ This. The Rag Company makes great microfiber towels and that's all I've used, no issues with scratches.
I will say that I have better luck drying with regular waffle weave towels than the pluffle towels; they seem to leave streaks for me but I probably didn't wring it out properly.
I'd probably go for Option 1.
The redline seats on Option 2 are pretty cool but it has double the mileage. I had the Nav option in my car but I rarely used it since my phone does a way better job, YMMV.
I wasn't sure how the extender would help either but this image gave me a better idea. You can tell that the belt is pushed further over so it's less likely to hit your neck.
Save the $600 and just get it professionally polished/waxed every 6 months. Cleaning the interior is easy enough to do yourself. I wouldn't purchase any kind of interior or exterior protection from a dealership.
I was originally planning on trading up from an EB to GT but ended up getting a 2016 Challenger Scat Pack.
It hits all the things I needed in my next car (V8, comfy cloth seats, roomy cabin, etc.). Yes, it's bigger/heavier but it handles surprisingly well and even though it may not corner as...
I average 25 MPG with mixed driving.
Interestingly enough, it used to be 24 but I replaced the crappy Pirellis with Michelin Pilot Super Sports and it went up. Could be due to other factors though.
I've had the issue where I'll put it in Reverse and the screen just goes black. It doesn't happen often so I can't really take it to get fixed since they'll just say they can't replicate it.
I don't know how you married guys put up with that kind of crap. I guess owning a sports car isn't really a big topic that might come up before getting married, but I made sure that my fiancee was aware of what kind of life choices I wanted to make. Luckily she's fine with me driving whatever I...
I know most will tell you to decide with your gut, but I don't think it hurts to use your head.
I would wait until you at least know what the 18s look like (fingers crossed by January). The wait to find out should only be between 6-10 months, that's really not bad. If you don't like it, great...
