Changed out my 3.5 year old AirRaid filter for the Steeda.
Wow does it fit so much better!

Isn’t that one made for Steeda by Airaid? The FP blue ones are Airaid, or at least mine is.

Nope, totally different. The Airraid and the Ford performance are the same. Steeda is shorter and has cone shaped filter inlet on the top side too. IMO much more functional since the whole top isn't crambed against the right side and so much easier to take in and out.
I was skeptical when I ordered but very happy with the purchase.

Changed a brake fluid today (https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/changing-the-brake-fluid.193321/post-4066391).

Was wandering if I still have enough brake pads.

Was surprised to see layers of melted rubber on my PS 4S (not sure from where it came from, I can only speculate it was from few track laps):

And found this in a passenger door after a wash

A few comments from me :

Front pads at least, look fine (your front disks also have less of a lip than mine).

Is that a small nail in your tyre ?

I find those things (similar size) in my loft - one a year over the last few years. I’ve not found one in my car yet though … !

I hope not 😟. The melted rubber layer is very sticky and all sort of rock splinters stick to it happily. But now I remembered that I saw something like a metal splinter in one of the tyres, made a mental note to look into at the end of the procedure, and forgot about it completely 🙄, so I guess it will be on again in two or so weeks when I plan to wash the wheels.

I worry about that everytime I get in the Mach. I only drive once a week and I'm terrified of bugs (demons) and I had an incident at work where they did this and got into car while driving )=

Swapped out the old wheels with a set of GT350 ones, 305 front and 315 rear, and put the over the top stripe on this last weekend. The stripe truly completes the look of the car. Should’ve came this way from the factory.

Nice with the over the top stripes. I am thinking though about changing my Mach 1 stripes to this:

I am guessing this is a Mustang GT. It would just straighten out the hood stripe.

Your car looks great and I totally agree that’s how it should’ve come from the factory.

Can I ask where you sourced your stripes?

So I added a bit of orange pinstriping on the gurney flap. Ultimately going for an “oem+ look”.
too much or good touch? 🧐
