The first oil change on my v6 at 3k mi. looked just like your pictures. Nothing ever after that. Sent my second oil change for analysis and was good.
Question, could you feel any particles when you rub the oil between your fingers? I couldn't.
No felt nothing

On the surface everything on the bottom end looks good too. Thoughts on pulling a main cap and connecting rod cap?

UOA next don’t you think ?
No one is stepping up to counter my wager…. LOL

The few cylinders I can see look fantastic.
Roll the crank to put each piston at TDC and visually inspect each bore.

Yes I think so. I’ll send both oil samples. The old and this AMSOIL I just changed the other day.

I think I’m looking good. I at least feel way better about the motor

You're already there, it'd be a shame to come all this way and not pull a cap or two. At least now it's just a funny story about the time you pulled a motor apart over some weird oil additive. Doesn't look at all like any blown up motor I've seen so far.

My 3rd motor looked just like that (clean bottom end, no signs of excessive heat anywhere) but was wearing the cam journals. I agree that this engine looks good to me - but definitely pop a couple caps on the mains, rods, and cams to make sure you don't have any excessive wear and tear.

DUde... pull some rod caps!! Youre killing us with the suspense lol.

I wouldn't bother with mains, but pull the rod caps.. send some pics.

Cylinders looks great BTW.. still lots of cross hatch at 59k miles.
