I’m with @Skye re: the owners manual and the Ford ESP. Both were very useful to have in the app. My service history shows the purchase of the ESP from Granger and I have the email with the actual contract attached. I think I will also print said contract so I have a physical copy in my files too.

Wish Ford still watched over here. New app SUCKS

Did you buy a Ford ESP from Granger? It shows up as AC service on Ford Pass. Does it with mine, including in the old version

Yea, I've got same. I've also confirmed with Granger that is how Ford interprets those inputs.

I get a splash screen that says Welcome to the New Ford App but I can’t get it to go away. As such, I can’t use the app. I haven’t tried deleting and reinstalling yet. I saw on some other forums that doing so didn’t help.

Then you got some phantom AC repair then LOL. Maybe it populated from a previous car? Otherwise I’d say it’s definitely a glitch in the app

I do remember the Finance Manager did offer one to me which was tempting, went down from 4k to like 1200, but i never have good luck with extended warranties.

Akin to the Granger reference above, when I had the BCM recall/update accomplished, the local dealer did same. Not yet another A/C repair , but this time an oil change, inspection and several other minor fixes were listed. Maybe your example was another dealer, just booking their time.

I've not tried this, but if you cannot correlate the date to any activity at all, I wonder if the listed dealer can be contacted and then remove that entry?

I daily drive mine i just filled up.

My old 16 GT/CS convertible is my daily driver as well, but you don't want to see my range... its an embarrassment to the car's name. I think it is is old enough that I don't get the fancy connected app though.

90% of my driving is highway mileage. I average 26.6MPG so my 'Range' is about 425 with this big booty convertible V8.

I use other cars to go fast, this car though is a cruiser. Watch out Ecoboost boys, I'm coming for yo MPGs.
