How high are you revving? Stock engine? How many miles?

7800, stock engine 121k miles
If you do end up tearing into the engine or if you don’t, replace your tensioner guides and timing chains, the tensioner guides will be worn.

Not saying it’s timing related but could be.

Have you been doing your own oil changes and checking for metal?

The new log looks ok to me. I do see that you have lower load and airflow numbers from the last log where it was misfiring, but I don't see any obvious reason why in the log. Timing, knock, AFR all look good.
