Agree! I love my mustang and especially the s550 but my old 99 ss ran a quicker time in the 1/4 mile bone stock than my 15 GT 5.slow did! I will say most off that was because it actually came with a tire that I could get some grip with and a suspension that didn't. Except the years they stopped production of the Camaro the Mustang GT in stock form hasn't been able to out perform the Camaro SS from 1993-2017. Yes, I was underwhelmed with my cars stock performance just like alot of people were, that's why the pp2 tune should of came stock! One thing is for sure though, my 99 SS was one of the ugliest cars ever built!

Ohhhhh......the Pontiac Aztec is uglier.

I kind of like it - I mean, you have to sort of project yourself into 1999 and remember the design trends of the time.

My mph was there but the p-zeroes would just break loose into a violent wheel hop when shifting into 2nd. I do believe the track prep was better for the stock Camaro run but I can only speak for the first hand experience that I have had with both cars in stock form. I made 2 12 second passes with the Camaro that night so it wasn't a fluke.

Welcome to the forum! I guess some guys consider a aftermarket tune still 100% bone stock!! Either that or the drag strip he was at was down hill. Pretty hilarious how these guys are calling you a troll on this thread.

Edit: Check the leader board in the drag strip section. Other than 1 unicorn going 114 mph and 2 more @ 113 mph all other guys are at 108-112 mph. Again, 18 and up is a different story!

Couldn't get better then that 13.0 in all 9 runs I made. MPH was pretty consistent. Same with the 60ft, I basically left off idle.

The whole time I have been talking bone stock! Read my post again. My 1999 Camaro SS was quite impressive! My old pp2 tune setup with my s550 is also impressive with a 11.86 @ 115 mph! I'm looking to go 10's with my cheap e-force 2300 stage 1 set up but if that's not doable than I'll be upgrading injectors, cai and tune! After that I give up because taking a manual in the 9's just isn't worth it!
