I do believe the agreement is 2 years. You can sell it, but Ford has the right of first refusal. In other words, you have to let Ford buy it back first.

I would be curious to see someone sand that paint down to the CF, Re clear and polish those painted wheels. People did this with the GT 350R wheels to expose the CF weave.

I think its a good look. A CFTP would look good with black wheels and wing.
I can say from experience that the wheel repair process would be a hell of a lot easier with black wheels. Fix/repair, then repaint. Easy.

Chassis: M0465
VIN: 0979
CFHPs come with PS4S.
Springs and rear sway are same as base, not CFTP...confirmed comparing build data details between mine and a random CFTP...asked Carl Widmann about calibration programming which he said is same as base and it's due to the PS4S tires...so I asked if it was possible to reprogram calibration should I decide to replace with Cup 2s, he paused to think about it and could see he didn't want to come out and say yea sure that's no problem, so I let him off the hook and was like it's ok I'm sure tuners will come up with something.
