What modifications would you recommend to get the most power out of the 5.0 but by keeping it NA? Also, how much HP gain should I expect?

I currently have ARH catless headers.

E85 tune is what it takes to make a big difference in a NA coyote. If E85 stations are not plentiful, a flex fuel tune is great, too, so you can use E85 when available or 93 when it is not.

To go max effort you are definitely going to want ported heads with cams, possibly bumping up the compression as well depending on how crazy you want to get. Its big money for the gains you make. This is the reason most just throw a Whipple or Vortech on it and call it a day. Either way, we sell pretty much every setup you could need. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to price it out. Lethalperformance.com
