Installed my charge pipes today, tomorrow I'll put the belly pan back on after double checking the clamps. And also I have to dig my 1/2 ratchet out from the fender well... why is there a gap large enough for that to even fall down in there? This weekend I'll get the cat back on and then I'm done for awhile. The only things that are really left is a downpipe and tune but I'm not ready to make that jump (the car is, I'm not LOL).

I have had a set of vertical links in my toolbox for 2 years and still haven't put them on. Had the car on a lift for 6 weeks while the engine swap was going on. You'd think I would have done it then....but nope.

I suspect it's easier with weight on the car / suspension (rather then the suspension hanging whilst on a lift) :like:

The more weight / the more normal the ride height, the better :like:

Interestingly, I've also got a set that I have on the shelf for the past couple of years. I am still thinking of adding the Stop the Hop Kit and figured to do these then....well it has been almost 3 years now. lol

The only regret I have with my car, is sitting on stuff for too long before installing it ā€¦

But I still havenā€™t learnt, I have loads of bits still sat in the garage left to fit ā€¦

I just added a new shed yesterday, to move parts that are waiting to go on, or have been removed, from the garage.

Got my alignment dialed back in. Apparently my last one was at 19k. That didn't seem right in my head but time flies I guess. I'm at 28k now. I figured it would be wise to check more often with 285s up front, since they put more stress on the suspension than the pathetic stock tires, lol. I noticed more tramlining than I remembered after putting the summers on and this is likely why.

Iā€™m about to turn 70,000 miles on my GT. I decided to buy a new air filter for the CAI

instead of cleaning it. Hopefully it takes me to 140,000. Nice seeing a brand new clean filter in there.
