This weekend a couple small things. Sto and Show front license plate mount, Steeda jacking rails, Steeda clutch spring, and a shift knob. First “mods” on the new car.

Changed from SC2s to MPS4S all around.
Went to 325s in the rear

FWIW, the SC2 are awesome tires, but not gonna track / autox it for a while, so might as well go with something else in meantime for DD duties.

Today I installed my WC Lathe Werks shift knob. Feels so much better in my hand and the extra weight makes shifts more smooth.

Detailing the Mustang this afternoon, I wondered if the designer of these wheels has ever had the displease of cleaning these dam things. :frown:

They look amazing when clean and really reward the effort but, well, what a PITA!
Yeah, I actually try to look at aftermarket wheels with that in mind. My Speed3 has RX-8 wheels and the Ram has Dick Cepeks (there's now a vaccine for that).

My thoughts exactly ... But Look so good, my next mod in line are Ceramic brake pads ... that should help with the dust, then slotted rotors.

I hate them more every weekend bc I end up cleaning them 2x a week it seems. They look good but damn it’s annoying!

I bought the z26 pads and they arrived today. They’ll be going on soon.

These rims remind me of the old turbines aka knuckle busters from the Fox Bodies when it comes to difficulty cleaning

Lol...lol... I hear ya, I use a swiffer duster at times or a microfiber cloth, seems to work well for the qwick buffs.
Mind you, my Pony isn't a DD, so it's not that often. Yup... the Z26 are what I'm getting to.

Oooh a swiffer!! Good idea. I am a tad bit particular so I’ve got one in my truck already bc it gets dusty.

Mine isn’t a DD either but for example I washed it and polished everything up Friday night. Drove to Cars and Coffee Sat AM and just that one trip I was dusty. But I’m gonna go put an extra swiffer in the trunk now!

Put 450 km on it. It was the first sunny, warm day of spring here.

Just got xpel ultimate ppf. Full hood, full bumper, fenders, headlights, fogs, other lights, a pillar, mirrors, door edges, rocker panels, rear impact protection, decklid, trunk luggage area. + 55% xpel xr plus tint all way around except windshield.

I’d say she should be protected. Can’t wait for all the little bubbles to cure out and stuff.

Do you recognize this part of your car? It will be similar but not the same unless you've done what I did today: installed 403281 - RTR Quarter Splitters (18-19 GT, EcoBoost) Item #: 403281. I've already been calling them Hilarious, as in "Side Splitters". Do you reckon they will have any significant effect on aero performance? I'm admitting that I finally succumbed to the "Because I Can" disease. A hundred and ten bucks. That means that in combination with the 404870 - Roush Rear Valance Aero Foil Kit (18-19 GT) Item #: 404870, at one hundred forty bucks, I have sent two fifty to American Muscle in exchange for overpriced pieces of plastic of questionable utitity.

Sometimes I feel I have made especially ridiculous decisions. Fun, ain't it?
