What did you do to your Mach 1 today

Went to a car show with some buddies and what a surprise, I was the only M1 there. Five GT500s, they are everywhere. The 94 Fox has a gorgeous orange paint job. The blue 500 ran 10.39 last time he ran a quarter. Also a red and a black 500 with us.

One of these days I am going to have to track you down. I had my Mach 1 out in Coraopolis this weekend. I come from the east.

Yep, I swapped to those too. The UPR lines are really nice in comparison. I had a UPR catch can in my 17 GT that was near the passenger headline with similar lines and they're pretty high quality.

Removed my partial bumper number that I had put and found a company that can make the entire bumper number and make it fit where I want it.

Correct, I was never happy with the way the plastic lines FP includes fit, specially the accordion one from the catch-can to the TB side.

The UPR lines fit my 22-M1 well enough, could maybe trim a half-inch off the valve-cover side to be perfect. They are much nicer quality braided hose and have metal ends. I drain the catch before every track event/when I get an oil change and it’s super quick to pop off the UPR lines and then put it out into a old water bottle.

Nothing to the M1 cause I’m at Sonoma for a test and tune on my lemons car. Some very nice Mustangs today. 2019 GT350, GT500, some dude in a 96-98ish Cobra.

I am lagging I need to fix rock chips and get PPF and ceramic coating on top of that.

PPF done on the hood and bumper and needs to cure. My PPF guy is coming back out later to coat both. Matte piece in the center of the decal and gloss everywhere else. The Auto Design Shop decals do work with PPF. Excited to have the car back for the final step then I can finally drive it a lot more. 6k miles for a 2021 is too low.

Today I appreciated my Mach 1. A buddy at work just picked up a used 22 GT, 301A, manual base car. Have not driven that set up since trading in my 18 GT. Being in it reminded me of what a difference there is between it and our cars, and was the same feeling I had test driving a M1 for the first time before ordering. Such a night and day difference, and anyone who says it’s just a GT with stickers has not driven them back to back. Don’t get me wrong, I loved my GT, but wow the M1 is so much better.

Changed my shifter from the boring oem auto to a custom auto shifter. It is high quality and a lot heavier than the oem auto shifter.
