Weatherstrip issue

Does anyone else's look like this? This is passenger side weatherstrip. I have looked at it, but can't figure out how to fix. It has been like this since day one and always bothered me. Seems like it just doesn't fit right.

It looks misaligned. Needs to be pulled down a little.

Have you thought about warming it up with a heat gun (very carefully) and pushing it into place?

It's pretty flexible already. I have tried moving it around with no luck. It fits the rest of the opening perfectly except this corner. There is some hard plastic inside it that might be broken or misaligned. I guess the dealer will get it when I eventually bring the car in for something else. I'm not making a special trip just for this.

Mine was exactly the same way on the same side. The dealer ordered a new weatherstrip for that side and replaced it. All good now.

hi .. i had pretty same issue but on the outside... the strip was coming off.. i went to dealer... its a half day job... they got new strip .

Did you notice any wind noise while traveling over 45mph? I wonder if thats whats happeneing with my passenger door

I did not notice the wind noise but if you are having weatherstrip problems then that is probably where it is coming from. Dealer had to order my strip but it is covered under warranty.

Ford quality is really lacking. Starting to get fed up.

Dealer warranty issue. Factory misalignment. Easily corrected.
