Anyone knows the exact torque value ? Thx

You're the man, thanks a lot bro. Oh BTW, where do you access those charts or whatever they're called. The fill plug, on the side of the transmission, uses the same torque figure as the drain plug. Pay attention to the note regarding cooler equipped TR3160's.

I meant like a Torrent. ;)lol.
Clutch engaged means having the clutch in its standard position. Sounds like you're referring to having the clutch depressed while stopped, when th clutch is disengaged. Only real negative to this is that your throw out bearing (clutch release bearing) will wear faster.2 minutes with clutch engaged. Wow. Now I am not as concerned about the
2 - 5seconds max I allow for at a stop light.
I suspect you fill it, close it up, run it for 2 minutes, shut it down, open it up and top it off. The running part makes sure all the lines and the cooler get filled.May sound like a dumb question, do you fill while it's running like you do with most automatic transmissions? or after 2 minutes(idle) , just turn off and top off ? Thanks in advanced!
