no the GT350 shift knob is 10x1.25mm. To put a GT350 shift knob in the mere mortal stangs it has to be drilled and retapped. Good number of us, including BBB and I, have done this.

I was thinking about trying to have it wrapped in something like the steering wheel. Just have to get a car first. Hope someone else does this so I know the estimated price.

Enzo101,

As TehNguyen said the shift knob thread for the GT350 is 10x1.25. If you are asking because you want to change out the OEM knob I have been down that road. I wanted a White Ford Racing Round Ball. I was only able to find them with the 12x1.25 thread so I got a 10x1.25 time-sert which I screwed on over my GT350 shifter. Now I can use any 12x1.25 threaded knob out there.

Jerkstore, I purchased from a local hardware store. They are pretty common. Google M10 x 1.25 x 25.0mm. Depending on which knob you get you may need to order a Jam Nut Collar Adapter to fill the gap between the reverse lockout collar and the knob. I got mine from www.americanmuscle.com part # 389116
