Haha not hating but since it's my only car and temps get to over 100 in the summer here A/C is needed and every once in a while its nice to listen to some tunes on a long trip. To each their own. :cheers:

I've got a RR R coming... Looks like the universal police code for "Chase in progress" is "10-0"... Wonder if they would deny me that for a license plate?;)

I drove mine from the dealer in Detroit back to Columbus (a little over 200 miles) and it wasn't bad. I agree that answering a phone call on bluetooth can be a little tough at higher speeds, but not bad.

In most of upstate NY if you're south of 80mph you're in the clear. I rarely push it much past 75 though; you're pretty golden if you don't exceed that number

5 over is typically pretty safe here as well. Although when it's a 55 limit people tend to be more like 7-10 over. It seems like in the 70+ speed limit people stay closer to the actual posted limit.

My Fiesta ST can get well over 100 but hey all US Fiestas and Focuses are now 4 doors. The Mustang is the only 2 door car Ford sales in the US so it at least makes it a Mustang ticket.

I think its all based on who the person is who pulls you over. I got pulled over in the GT500 with the Red White stripes. The cop asked about the car and told me to be careful and he though insurance was pretty high already so he let me go. My wife gets popped for window tint just driving down the road in her A7 about once a year and isnt speeding. So just depends on if they are a D or not. Cops to me in Northern Virginia are tax collectors and not law enforcement.
