Old 5.0 Plenum Cover on Current 5.0

I know there is a thread or post about this on here but after searching I cant find it. Will the older style plenom cover work on the 15+ GT? I really like the version that says ti vct on it and a buddy of mine has one that is dipped in all black with I want to use.

The pre-'15 plenum cover will not fit unless you have certain CAIs that elimate the clutter on the OEM intake tube.
