"Vegan leather" and a "Mustang" electric CUV. Ford is openly mocking its customers.

So Vegans can eat the seats when their battery dies out in the middle of a desolate area waiting for rescue, lol.
LMFAO... oh the image of that....

The dealership where my wife works (as the owner’s Executive Administrative Assistant), has 5 deposits...
She thinks it looks great.
I’m still trying to process all aspects of this new Mustang and will reserve judgement until I’m able too see one in person and take it out for a spin.

OK, 1138 posts regarding a vehicle that we don’t like, with a touchscreen and power plant no one wants and a name we hate.

Any chance we can kill this thread and just go back to talking about our “S550” Mustang’s?
This is the new 7.3 engine swap thread it just keeps on going

But of course it is..... Because Ford seems to think that going all in on this SUV bullsh*t is going to win us over somehow....
Well, the Snake badge has most of its origins with Shelby.

Are you crying about the Super Snake F150, too?

Actually I don't mind Ford doing a Shelby version of this car. I don't mind the car as such either. I don't care for it, but I don't mind Ford developing it, because they need to be in the EV market. Naming it a Mustang however is a total atrocity and the biggest mistake in Ford history, even surpassing the Edsel. #notamustang

The day the car was announced and I realized its actually true the New ford SUV was named a Mustang,
I was shocked, not because it was an EV, more because it was an SUV.

I realize it will likely be a year or two before we know how it affects the Mustang Brand.
I will not support the Mustang EV from ford at any point in my future, simply because they did not
respect one of the real reasons I became a Ford fan, Mustang.

If Ford continues down this road, then I just become a consumer and very likely not Brand loyal.
Based on this odds are I will never buy a new Mustang in the future. Maybe a vintage one.
But then again will a vintage Mustang have any heritage or legacy left?

the last 10 pages people are beginning to accept it, Ford exc's bet on it and looks like they maybe
right. If you support something you don't want, then you get more of what you don't want :)
