Heh heh, not too shabby. What are you using to record with?

I used an Android phone and 19.7 foot long microphone which I hung out the boot. This eliminates having to sync the audio to separate video. The video is then run thru a filter. Next time, I'll film the video in landscape mode.

Yeah I've done the same but I was bit nerv5with the phone hanging off the windscreen and it flying about in the cabin. Does give a good view through windscreen though.

You can buy holders for phones and anchor them much more solidly on the the inside of the windscreen.

Besides the cost, I'm uncomfortable having a bunch of GoPro's stuck all over the outside of the car. I just think you attract WAY too much attention that way, and not in a good way.

yeah i was thinking more subtle camera lens sitting in the grill mouth but haven't come up with a proper solution yet.

I have ideas for both front and rear low gopro mounts.

I'm committed to the rear and it is almost done (design finished, all parts other than the main bracket purchased), but I hadn't posted on here as my projects take a long time and I'm not totally sure when it will be ready - I didn't want any mither ...

oh for a couple of bullet cams with remote mic inputs and 12vDC input and auto start recordings. 256GB card capacity would be handy as well

I picked my stainless up from the laser cutters after work today :

There are some house bits, some garage bits and the GoPro mounts.

I would like to think I can get it finished and mounted by weekend, we will see … lol

I'm trying to learn. More turns, put into Track Mode, turn off traction control. I'm also trying to get a friend to film the car externally. I'm learning.

oh i'd be leaving traction control on tbh, esp on the Kings Highways lol. It might just be the helping hand you need plus no one is talking about silly stuff, just some back road curves with some nice tarmac being run. Doesn't even have to be that quick to be interesting to watch and listen to.
