This one was actually by luck and alot of research... I gave a refundable deposit like 14 months ago for the "next" manual GT3 whenever that would be and at msrp of course. Got it all in writing on their sales order... a promised allocation. I think this strategy can also work on future Ford Performance cars as long as the dealer accepts this proposition as well. I think it's a win-win for both parties in the end...

That is how I am securing an 18MY R deal with my dealer now and is esentially how I bought my 350 at MSRP in early '15 : )

The F150 looks much lighter IMO. Possibly just all in the photos but the F150 color I like, the GT350 may be the same color but it looks muchhhhh darker to me and just looks blah.

I agree! The pictures of the GT4 wearing the same color are stellar! Could just be lighting differences and probably most likely need to see in person to better judge.

Looks like Flat Rock Assembly to me. Continental is built there also, and the white protective films are used during assembly.

i am really hoping to find a dealer where i can order one. Right now this is my top choice for color. I agree that if a green was offered I would probably go with that but is this Lead Foot Grey the same as the GT4 car?

PTS is the way to GO if you can. I mean any GT3 is cool, most are usually white as we all may know! Here's a nice PTS GT3 I just saw last weekend at the first Porsche meet of the year. Lava Orange. Looks red in photos, looks salmon in person. A polarizing color for sure. This car was spec'd amazingly interior wise. As you can see us NW guys pull car shows in ANY weather!

I rolled out "Keroppi" my PTS RS Green 997 C2S. I powder coated the RG5's satin black and put a black front spoiler on vs. the painted one (still have an addtl. factory painted one wrapped but car is so low pointless IMO.) Next step to the frog is Ohlins Road/Track coil overs to really set the car up and probably bring up the ride height a bit. Having GRAB R's noise, I'm eager to perhaps make the Tubi exhaust and headers a bit louder on the 997!
