Had a '14 Fiesta ST before my Mustang, I do miss having a lightweight car like that. I'm considering a Focus RS pretty seriously, almost got around to putting down a deposit on one the other day. The Mustang is a capable handler, but it lacks the steering feel and tossability to be considered a fun car to drive in more ways than straight-line performance, IMHO.

Focus RS without a doubt.

My 2012 Taurus SHO (tuned) that I traded in for the Mustang GT. It was silly fast for a 4dr, running a Livernois tune and catless downpipes I was in the same HP area as the Mustang (425-450) and with AWD to be honest it could out launch most cars (including the S550s that tried). Fun car...and the ultimate sleeper.

while this probably doesn't get said very often I actually really like the way those Taurus look. sort of a muscle feel to them. Surprised it wasn't more popular

You would not believe the number of S550 tuners we have sold because some Mustang owner tested a Livernois tuned SHO! :headbang:

It's difficult to handle being beaten by a 4400# family hauler LOL

Traded in a Evo X for my s550. It was a fantastic car but hard to compare with the mustang they are two very different animals.

I would probably have a Maserati from 2004 or later...probably a hard top 2 door with some crazy interior color. Or, the one car I regret not buying, a factory turbo BMW 2002.

The 2 main limiters on my car choice was
1. Number of Seats (4)
2. Sub $60K

So #1 was applied by my wife and #2 was applied by me. If she changed the rule to 5 seats to match the number of people in the family then I would be looking at sports sedans from BMW, Audi, Infiniti and Lexus.
