I was wondering where you were and when you would chime in. Glad you could make it.

question about softeners... what technology is the best and why?

I find myself in need of a softener.

I have never seen anyone get ahead on a loan. Normally they just apply the payments against principal and you still need to pay the next one. Either way good luck in finding a better job
ford, Chrysler, compass bank, toyota all apply extra to next payment/s

I owned a small business a while back. 10 years ago and I sucked at it. Did not understand the accounting part and didn't want to pay someone to do it. So I just let it go after getting behind on taxes that took 3 years to clear up.
I'm a CPA so I find this interesting. Do you cut your own hair? Fill your own teeth?

Negative, I lack the tools, and currently the knowledge. I could enroll in an educational course to learn the skills. Although I can't imagine any situation where performing ones own dental work would be safe, cutting my own hair, I think that could be a skill that is acquirable. Anyway I had a computer and accounting software, just needed the knowledge and that is why i went to school and studied economics, accounting, marketing, blah blah blah, Im sure you've been there.

Hmm, congrats man... Everything happens for a good reason, just have to find out where the good is. Perhaps it's a great opportunity to get back to being self-employed and hitting the ground running even harder than last time.

Sometimes getting fired makes people pursue what they've really been wanting to pursue for years anyway, so go for it.
