No, get one right NOW. A headache after an impact is not anything to brush over. Physical injuries, which you sustained as evidenced by even just the headache, are not the only injuries one suffers after a serious car accident.

It is advisable to pay attention to any muscle tension/pains potentially indicating skeletal misalignment or bruising. I would have a test done on your stomach organs and heart to ensure the impact did not have any adverse effects, as well. If you haven't had, yet, ALL available head scans including from an eye doctor, do so immediately.

Getting hit by an F250 running a redlight at a good rate of speed has enough mass and momentum to cause whiplash, shock of organs and the tissue that keeps them in place, and a zillion other things.
