Really? I was able to trade-in mine for very close to what I paid for it. Granted, I lost money on the mods I did (and tax/license), but that is to be expected.
Hellcats make 707hp stock, and I think they run fine
If I got the 670hp version and didn't drive like an idiot, I'd be pretty confident in the motor.
Not always. I almost always modify my cars, but I am anal about taking care of them. I'm sure some modded cars are from speed freaks who don't know the first thing about upgrades or maintenance...however, others could have belonged to people like many on this site - who mod carefully, maintain...
True, sure. Maybe you were expecting too much? I was kinda the opposite. I had owned 8 other mustangs (up to a 2003 Cobra) and then went with other cars for a decade. When the 2015 GTs came out, I had to have one. Got it, and found that I was underwhelmed and somewhat disappointed, even though...
as a previous GT owner and now 6g Camaro SS owner - the Camaro is WAYYYY better stock for stock...
if you can afford the Vette, obviously get that. I havent had this gen yet but I had a c6 and c5 and loved them.
Oh that's interesting. I never noticed that on dealer lots. I special ordered my Subaru because I couldnt find one locally that was configured how I wanted it. I don't recall seeing anything like that on the sticker
LOL I feel for you... we just went through something similar last week. Our neighbor complained to us that we have to do something about the Camaro's noise. She said it wakes her up every night. I told her that my wife comes home from work late (she works nights) and the exhaust is bone stock...
