I was able to unbolt the bracket enough to pry it out of the mount hole, and then slide it all the way up to the front of the AC line. I zip tied it in place there.

So I'm posting this here and in my build thread.

the stud once the bolt is off

the stud comes out, just lift up on the metal and slide it over

I used a metal style zip tie that's tolerant to the heat and just flipped up the bracket and zip tied it up to the line above

Then heat wrapped the line

Definitely looking into this. I did my headerswap a while ago and went to the local dyno to see my proud new numbers but it was making only 10whp over what just a tune alone did to my car. Looked further into it and im getting knock. Followed up with buying a few different parts, oil separator and some torco and still got it. I'm curious now if that bracket is giving me my issues

You definitely have about 0 room to get to it with the header installed. I'm glad I did all of this while it was out and I had the room to get my hands in there.

Where did you purchase the heat wrap? It looks great! Plus keeps heat off of the AC lines

I purchased it off of Amazon along with the metal zip ties. I just cut the heat wrap in sections and overlapped it to wrap. I tried to just go around with one solid piece at first but that was being a pain in the ass so the cut and overlap method worked better for me at least. Below are the two products I ordered.

Damn... just checked and Kooks has a great amount of clearance for that bracket. :/

I think the ARH comes with some type of bracket or something because of the AC line. SW and SP doesn't and sit extremely close to the unibody frame and that bracket.

The Kooks sit a lot higher and don't hit that bolt at all.
