Like OP said, I can't imagine there would be much of a market, if at all, for such item. A person that can only afford a 30k Mustang is probably not going to be able to afford a set of CC brakes which probably cost as much as the car itself.
What is causing you to think that you need carbon ceramic brakes? There are other solutions that are more than sufficient for most people's needs - and I am thinking track days here, not road driving.
