Best sequence for Mods?

Plenty of things to do once the car is delivered. Big question is: What is the right sequence in doing things. This is what I had in mind...

0) swap front grill to GT and rear decklid to US look
1) Ford Racing Ecoboost Touring axleback
2) Swap Intercooler
3) Engine tune
4) Cold air intake
5) ....

I'm a big fan of oil separator tanks/pcv catch cans on every car. I've seen some nasty throttle plates.
