This pic, from SVT, seems to show the potential for a "suitcase back" aftermarket. Things get more complicated in front of the suitcase, though.

huh? it's all welded behind the suitcase.

you mean catback. (or midpipe back, or whatever it's called before the suitcase)

Lagometer, it's strickly a catback unless you're good with welding. The clamps you're looking at are in front of the "suitcase". So any aftermarket options will either have you cut the exhaust and provide some clamps or it will replace the suitcase, reusing the oem clamps in front off the suitcase

it is a flex joint. first time i seen one that was not on a downpipe for a turbo car..

Did they HAVE to squeeze the pipe down a half inch to insert it? :headbonk:
