Has anyone had the power button (inside the volume knob) fail?
The power button will not switch off the radio/sync/my Ford touch. It stays on and cannot turn it off.

Hey 15 Stang,

Try a module reset to fix the power button. To do so: Select radio > Hold the power button (center of the volume knob) + the right-seek button at the same time for up to 5 seconds.

Keep me updated!

In base audio systems, the center of the volume knob is the power button. On MFT and Sync3 systems, the center of the volume knob is not a button at all, and the power button is in the center control area below the display.
