I'm a Volunteer Firefighter of 7 years and work for a full time Fire Dept as senior mechanic on the Fire apparatus and ambulances.
My wife is a Fire Marshal/Firefighter, which I am very proud of her, she is a hell of a woman! I have been in burning buildings with her on the same line, I trust her with my life!
I would like to say Thank You to all the Military Armed Forces and all my brothers and sisters in the Fire Service and Law Enforcement!

I was in at AF 11 yeas and then medicaly retired, best job I ever had. Would of stayed but they pulled me from my last deployment to tell me I was no longer deployable and that a medical
review had been completed so I would be getting out. I was glad to get out of the sand and desert but not like that oh well did my best with the time I had in there.

Joined 2 months before 9/11, did a 6 month tour in Kuwait and a year tour in Iraq from 2003-2004 in Central Baghdad with the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division (Valorous Unit Award). Got to meet President Bush over there (during his Thanksgiving Day trip, I was selected to go for my unit). Field Artillery guy, as you can tell from my user name (although I was 13D and not a 13B).
Currently work as a DoD Contractor these days, on an Army contract (get to work out of my house, past 4 years).
