I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my '16 base car and ordering a base Lightning blue Shelby.

My '16 has been sitting at Flat Rock for 5 weeks now and have no idea when it will be released for shipping.

ETA is a very optimistic " pending update " WTF Ford

Remember the price increase of ~$6k USD from 2016 to 2017 base.

My dealer has had trouble getting an order submitted today. The order Banks seem to be open but they can't get it to complete. They can't see any definite pricing information. Maybe Ford is holding on to that for now.
