but just as a reminder to OP. You have a 2017, and it can eat oil quicker than you think.

Passenger side catch can if not installed already. I have not found a drop on the driver side in the first 5,000 miles.
I have both cans (FP) and would only get the driver side can if tracking hard. Only hard tracking puts some in that can, and even then only a little bit. It stays bone dry otherwise. Passenger side accumulates quite a bit.

I'll second that not all cars burn oil too bad. I run redline 5w-50 and in 12-18 months of ownership I have added 2 quarts. In that time I put 12k miles on the car. I daily drive and have a good number of track miles on the car as well. Yes you should check your oil levels, but do not stress too much over it. Enjoy the car it is a uniquely good experience.
I'll third -- my 2017, not a drop in between oil changes.

Congratulations. Beautiful car and low miles. Nice!

Definitely check the oil on a regular basis.

Don’t be that guy that comes back here to complain about finding it 7-8 quarts low.

If you haven’t gone through it, I suggest you read through the GT350 Basics sticky.

Self promotion - maybe.

Essential reading- most definitely.

I was just clarifying, not “all” burn oil. Mine doesn’t but I still check it every couple weeks.
I don’t “worry” about it either.
During break in and even up until around 2K it burned a little (I don’t remember the exact numbers) then it just stopped.

just a suggestion, take it on a nice long drive, roll your windows down, turn OFF your radio and enjoy the real music.......
Radio.... Radio...????
These cars have a radio?
Would that not mute the VooDoo song?

Where's my damn manual?
Does this thing actually have a damn radio?

Not all do and agree with you on a radio muting the great sound of these FPC engines especially in Sport Mode!

I’m in-between cars
Uhhh....................... there is another mode?
Do tell......... is it louder?
you’re—you’re not serious right?

Not louder but engine mapping and suspension changes. Car gets much more aggressive. And even more so in track mode.

Over the last 50+ years I have been very fortunate to have owned some outstanding automobiles but without a doubt the best sounding engine that I have experienced is the FPC in the R model and of course while in Sport Mode as the resonator delete on these 2 seat cars makes a significant and improved aural symphony at high RPM's.

On another note I am somewhat surprized that Ford did not provide a resonator delete on the 2 seat CFTP GT500 cars as that would have certainly added to the improved sound of those CPC engines.
