Went for a cruise yesterday with my local club to celebrate National Mustang Day! We had about 15 or so Mustangs from all generations take part in the event. Naturally, we got TONS of stares and smiles from other cars and people on the streets, with the exception of one Camaro, who we ran off the road before stealing his lunch money. There was a late-model Corvette that pulled aside for our group and gave us a thumbs up. We also had a motorcycle cop pull off the road to stop and watch us all go by. He was all smiles and gave two thumbs up as well. The weather was gorgeous with 72 degrees and nothing but sunshine. Can't wait til the next one!

Here's a few pics from the starting location, Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who also sponsors the club and lets us hold our monthly meetings in their conference room.

Nah, that's just normal Houston. They got just as bad flooding last year. My companies HQ is there and we saw all sorts of bad pics from them.

Man do I feel sorry for those people. We've just had a little over normal rainfall for the first time in 5 yrs. here and in CA. That doesn't seem so bad when I see pics of the flooding in Houston and other areas across the US.
