If he wasn't licensed, then he probably has no insurance. If your insurance company is fixing your car via your uninsured motorist coverage your not going to get DV. I had this happen to me a number of years back when hit by someone in the country illegally. I tried to get it, but the...
I'd be kind of pissed off about the cf overlay's. Not that it's not my taste, it's that they don't have the cf lines laying the same direction on all the pieces. Example lines on large center piece where AC vents are have lines going one direction and the radio surround lines go opposite...
+1 The market here in Reno, NV is like CA. Every dealer near me wanted 2K ADM and wouldn't budge off that price. I was able to find a dealer in Yuba City, CA that sold me my GT Premium for $298 over invoice which was about $38K. I met a guy that lived about 2 miles from me who bought a GT 350...
I had AM stripes on my car and in short, I'd have to say no. Not that the vinyl wasn't thick enough, but when they ship the stripes, they are wrapped around a large cardboard roll (like a toilet paper roll for the Jolly Green Giant). The problem was that when I unrolled the stripes there were...
Curious as to why you just don't powder coat them since you've gone through the trouble to remove the calipers already. If it's for cost savings, I see most just mask the calipers in place and then use the G2 caliper paint or a rattle can.
Have to give a +1 for the MMD V-series spoiler. I did mine in a contrasting color and it looked fantastic IMO. Not too big, and not too small, just right. The fitment was top notch as well.
I like it as well. Would be interesting to see how much more accurate it would look if the window and side scoops were more "molded in" like the original. Also more smoothing around the rocker area so it looks to be a single flowing piece to the exhaust outlet like the original.
I saw an...
I live at 4600 ft. and drive over a pass to Lake Tahoe which is about 9000 ft. You don't really notice much difference since the cars 435HP is much more than your Toyota had. You would not get your best 0-60 times at altitude, but for regular driving it's not that noticeable.
That's a little harsh their bro. I saw his thread when he first wrecked it, and he accepted full responsibility for what he did. The existing stability control might have saved him this time, but he also stated that his start-up routine included turning off all the nannies and running in track...
I have Geico and haven't had a claim (knock on wood) so I don't know what their service is like. I'm about ready to renew my policy so I tried checking a couple other companies and the rates aren't even close. 6 months with Geico is $411 and with Esurance, it was over $850 for the same 6 months...
