Unlatch handle question

I do the same. I just opened the latch handle and realized the handle cannot be returned to its stowed position unless you open the top a few inches, stop it and then twist and return the handle to its stowed position -an awkward process. The owners manual doesn’t state whether to keep the latch down or up but apparently it’s designed to stay down and not interfere with the top stowing properly.

I just unlatch, push it up a bit & relatch it. No need to operate the top. Almost identical to my last convertible - except the handle rotates the opposite direction. That has taken getting used to.
